Refund policy
Eligibility
Paid Fastdataops programs arranged offline may be refunded according to the schedule below when you cancel in writing before substantial delivery begins. This website does not charge cards directly; refunds apply to invoices paid through our enrollment process.
Timeframe
- Full refund: request received at least 14 days before the cohort start date, and before access credentials are issued.
- Partial refund (50%): request received fewer than 14 days but at least 72 hours before start, if no live session has been attended.
- No refund: after the first live session begins, or after self-paced library credentials are activated for Audit Desk Access, except where required by mandatory law.
Conditions for full or partial refund
You must email contact@fastdataops.digital from the address used at enrollment, include the invoice number, program name, and reason for cancellation. Seats transferred to a colleague at the same organization may be arranged instead of a refund when capacity allows.
Non-refundable items
- Completed private workshops already delivered.
- Custom curriculum development fees once drafts are delivered.
- Third-party examination or attestation fees paid on your behalf.
Refund process and processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days of confirmation. We notify you by email when finance initiates the transfer.
Refund method
Refunds return to the original payment method or bank account used for the invoice. Currency conversion differences charged by banks are outside Fastdataops control.
Cancellation by Fastdataops
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service obligations in Korea may qualify for goodwill credits evaluated case by case.
